Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional charges.

Cancellations

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Sure Clean reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the property and ensure that utilities such as water and electricity are available during the service.

Liability

While we take every care when providing our services, Sure Clean is not responsible for:

• Existing damage or wear and tear
• Items not secured or disclosed before cleaning
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Any concerns regarding services provided should be reported within 24 hours of completion.
